Family & Preventive Care

Comprehensive care for patients of all ages, including routine checkups, preventive screening, chronic disease management, and ongoing medical concerns.

Women’s & Children’s Health

Care for women and children, including contraception, prenatal care, Pap tests, menopause support, well-child checks, and common childhood illnesses.

Same-Day Concerns

Assessment and treatment of non-emergency illnesses and minor injuries. Same-day appointments depend on physician availability. Please call ahead.

Mental Health

Assessment and management of mental health concerns, with ongoing support and referrals to additional services when appropriate.

Procedures & Treatments

Selected office procedures and treatments, including skin biopsies, IUD insertions, wart treatments, therapeutic injections, and narrow-band UVB phototherapy. Availability varies by physician.

Medical Exams & Forms

Driver’s medical examinations, employment-related assessments, and other medical forms. Fees may apply to services not covered by provincial health insurance.

We provide ongoing family medicine care to Jasper residents. If you’re looking for a family physician, please call to arrange a meet-and-greet appointment with an available doctor.

Specialist physicians do not practise at Cottage Medical Clinic. Our family physicians assess and manage a wide range of medical concerns and can arrange specialist referrals when appropriate.

Please bring your provincial health card, a current medication list, and any relevant medical documents. If you do not have eligible provincial health coverage, fees may apply.

Virtual (telephone) appointments may be available when appropriate, subject to our clinic’s virtual appointments policy. Please contact the clinic to discuss whether a virtual appointment is suitable for your concern.
